Recently, Beijing Beilu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Anhui Chengqing Tang Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Bozhou, Anhui. The two parties will establish a deep partnership in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
Founded in the 16th year of the Qing Emperor Guangxu (1890), Chengqing Tang Traditional Chinese Medicine has a history of over a hundred years. It is one of the long-standing traditional Chinese medicine brands in Bozhou, Anhui, dubbed the "Chinese Medicine Capital." It is also recognized as an intangible cultural heritage of Anhui Province, a national old medicine worker inheritance studio, and a national high-tech enterprise. The company possesses mature holistic treatment solutions for bone diseases and other related series, and its products are highly recognized and praised by hospitals and patients for their significant efficacy and superior quality.
In recent years, Beilu Pharmaceutical has focused on developing its traditional Chinese medicine business. Currently, the company and its subsidiaries hold 59 traditional Chinese medicine approvals. In 2023, Beilu Pharmaceutical established "Luzhibao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." in Bozhou, Anhui, and has invested in building a factory, aiming to strengthen the company's traditional Chinese medicine sector through this initiative.
The two parties will explore the combination of modern formulation production enterprises and century-old traditional formulations, focusing on traditional Chinese medicine and classic formulas. They aim to jointly create a series of products to benefit patients nationwide.

On the day of signing, Chairman Li Zhengfeng of Chengqing Tang accompanied Mr. Wang Xu, Chairman of Beilu Pharmaceutical, and his delegation on a tour of the Chengqing Tang factory, with a focus on introducing the company’s five-generation heritage. The two parties engaged in an in-depth discussion on future strategic cooperation.
Mr. Li Zhengfeng stated that as a recognized brand of Bozhou traditional Chinese medicine, Chengqing Tang possesses an intangible heritage-level Chinese medicine treasure trove awaiting development. He expressed that the company will leverage its advantages to collaborate with Beilu Pharmaceutical on joint research and resource sharing, aiming for mutual benefits and a win-win situation.
Mr. Wang Xu stated that the establishment of Luzhibao Pharmaceutical in Bozhou is a key cornerstone in creating a century-old Beilu, and that partnering with Chengqing Tang is a significant step in responding to national calls to promote the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine.
The two parties will work together with a united heart and make joint efforts to promote the industrialization of traditional Chinese medicine, benefit patients on a larger scale, and contribute to Bozhou's goal of becoming the "World Capital of Traditional Chinese Medicine."
